Nicoleta Draghici on how RTT “changed my life.”
Nicoleta said: “Although I have tried multiple healing methods, nothing worked as fast and effectively as RTT. That was the moment when I decided to take my life to the next level and become a certified Rapid Transformational therapist. My goal now is to help people to be in charge of their own minds, to know their mind and how it works. This awareness helps you create a meaningful and happy life.”
Thank you Nicoleta for sharing your real life story with us…
How has Rapid Transformational Therapy™ (RTT™) changed your life and why?
RTT came into my life when I had made the decision that pain and suffering were no longer part of my life and my only focus was to be happy.
RTT changed my life in terms of making me understand that mindset is everything. My subconscious mind was running my life, I felt like I had no control over my life, life happened to me.
I have learned that you can access your subconscious mind, which is running 95% of your life, using hypnosis. At first, I didn’t know how hypnosis worked but soon I came to understand that it’s a completely natural state of mind, making you more receptive to suggestions and messages. RTT gave me awareness and awareness gets you unstuck. It gets you to a level where you can create your own life.
Please can you briefly summarise your life before RTT, what were your biggest challenges? How did this impact your life and what was it costing you?
I was a kid hurt by a lot of people. It wasn’t just someone from the family or from the neighborhood, it was a lot of people. I was consistently abused by other kids in school and by teachers and adults.
My father was pretty much missing from my childhood, he was mostly away with his work. My mother was overworked, having a full time job and raising 2 little children on her own. However, she noticed that something was happening to me at school and decided to move me from class A to Class B. That turned out to be an even worse option. Then she requested to have me transferred to a new school (I grew up in the communist era in Romania, and back then you needed the party’s approval for everything). I grew up believing that this is life on planet Earth, people hurting you, for no reason.
I remember when I was in my twenties, I was walking down a street in Bucharest, when a guy spat on my face and I had no reaction! Looking back now I can see that I had no reaction because I was so used to people treating me badly, it was so familiar to me. My healing journey began in 2016 when I asked myself: “Why am I not happy?” Soon I realized that I was asking the wrong question and instead started asking: “What can I do to be happy?”
RTT made me aware that I had this core belief that the world is a dangerous place, people will always hurt me, they will attack me. And they did. Because what you expect tends to realize. Also RTT helped me to realize that I was playing the invisible program: I didn’t want to be seen, heard or listened to, I didn’t want any attention. I have learned that vulnerability is authenticity.
How did you discover RTT and why did you decide to do it? How is RTT different from other approaches you have tried?
I came across a link to a masterclass where Marisa explained RTT and the career opportunities it provided. I decided to take a leap of faith into the unknown. I am so glad I did that. Before RTT I tried different healing techniques, like timeline healing and akashic sessions, but nothing worked as rapidly and efficiently as RTT.
I remember when I first did the RTT technique of “upgrading the child”, I couldn’t stop crying! It was more than crying, it was groaning. My inner child, which had been severely beaten up and never defended herself, finally managed to express all the hurtful feelings I kept to myself for so many years. I’ve never experienced anything so powerful! RTT was so liberating and profoundly healing.
What was your experience of training in RTT?
I loved the training! I learned so much about how the mind works and how you can make friends with the mind and have it work for you, not against you. I also loved the Practice Register (which gives you the opportunity to swap practice sessions), and the beautiful, very supportive community on Facebook. I also love that I have the freedom I’ve always wanted in my life and I can work online from wherever I am in the world.
What did you most want to achieve from RTT?
RTT definitely answered my question: “What can I do to be happy?” I believed for so many years that love, joy and happiness are not for me, they are for other people. I have probably suffered from complex PTSD all my life (without me even knowing it), but I have learned that post traumatic stress also provides the opportunity to GROW.
I have learned that trauma can put you in two modes: not dead and alive. Not dead means that you survive, you barely keep your head above the water, always struggling. Alive means you thrive, you can bloom. I am still a work in progress, but the more I work on myself and heal deeper parts of me, the more I shine.
How has your life changed now as a result of RTT? How does this relate to what you most wanted?
If someone would have told me that I would end up helping so many people using the transforming power of RTT I wouldn’t have believed it.
Everything I have experienced in my life has made me a better person, helping me to connect more easily with my clients. The discovery call, where I explain what RTT is and how can I help, is a mind to mind connection. The 1:1 sessions are a heart to heart connection, and people feel that, even if they’ve never met me before. It is so rewarding to see that you can contribute to someone else’s life and be in the service of humanity.
What has been your biggest impact with RTT? What are you most proud of? Is there a client story that brings this to life?
Every client session is different, people are on different milestones in their journey. Nevertheless, I would like to share a session I had with a 14 year old boy who suffered from severe migraines, with vomiting and fainting, ending up in ER. The doctors couldn’t tell what was causing that. In the session it all went back to his relationship with his father, who proved to be a classic narcissist. I remember that his mother told me that right after the session her son came to her and gave her a big hug and said: “Mommy, I love you so much!” They both expressed their feelings of love and appreciation for one another. One session of RTT changed the whole dynamic in that family.
Anything else you would like to share?
I am so grateful for all my life experiences, but mostly for the extraordinary experiences to come.
