One of the most frequently asked questions I got from my clients is all to do with their fear of being hypnotized. Most people have this belief that hypnosis is scary and bad for you. RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is not hypnosis, but I use hypnosis as a gateway to help you access your subconscious mind, the vault of your memories & learned behaviours. Hypnosis is amazing; scientists will tell you that under hypnosis your mind is more willing to change. Your mind doesn’t care if what you tell it is right or wrong, good or bad, healthy or unhealthy, true of false, it just lets it in. Hypnosis is very good at getting the mind to change all the wrong suggestions you’ve bought and sold to yourself. Hypnosis is used by the Olympics, by lots of hospitals and companies because they recognize the value of it, but it’s only a part of RTT. I would say it’s about 25%, there are so many other tools and healing methods I use to help you become aware of the key experiences you had that led you to the belief and pattern that it’s holding you back. I help you understand the root cause of your issue and then eradicate the un-serving belief and instil a new belief of your choice for the life you choose to create and live for yourself.

Your brain needs to go to what is familiar and keep resisting what is unfamiliar. People, who never had love, resist it. People, who never had money, get rid of it. It sounds bizarre, but our minds are wired to stay with what is familiar because we feel safe. RTT identifies the familiar harmful behaviour, interrupts it and replace it with a totally new, empowering behaviour.
